In the first place, Director Zhang Li with the Teaching Affair Office earnestly summed up the achievements obtained and existing problems in the construction of teaching and research groups, teaching research, conventional teaching, training of young teachers and school-based teaching research and training in the last semester. On the other hand, Director Zhang Li arranged the plans of teaching and research activities in details in the new term and laid emphasis on the group lesson planning in graduating classes to carry out the teaching and research work steadily and effectively.

In the second place, Principal Assistant Ling Qian put forward specific requirements and guidance towards the teaching and research work of the new term, requested each team leader to work in a planned way and emphasized that each teaching and research group was supposed to make reasonable and feasible research plans so that there was a theme, contents, preparation, a specific process and visible gains in each teaching and research session.

In the third place, Principal Assistant Ling Qian provided detailed guidance in the following aspects: the research of lesson preparation, the high efficiency of classroom teaching, the effectiveness of training, the planning of review, the continuity of training top students and tutoring underachievers in addition to the guidance of proposition.

Last but not the least, Principal Xu Xuchang especially pointed out that we should pay attention to every student and make the school life of every member from Anqing Foreign Language School more fulfilling! Evidently, this teaching and research meeting determined the working concepts of teaching and research in the new semester and defined the direction for teaching and research.
